Do you offer Section 8 housing?
‚ÄčNo. We do not accept Section 8 payment vouchers.
Are pets allowed?
Cats are allowed at $35 per cat per month. Dogs are not allowed.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit of $395 is required*. This deposit is refundable if you have honored the terms of your contract and if the apartment is left in good condition. Each unit is inspected by the resident manager upon each tenant’s departure, and at that time the condition of the apartment is determined. If your apartment passes inspection, your deposit is refunded within thirty (30) days after you return your keys.
Can you give me an estimate on what my monthly utility bills would be?
Your utilities will depend upon the number of tenants living with you and your usage. The electricity is supplied by American Electric Power (AEP), one of the most affordable providers in the area.
Where are the phone and cable hookups?
There are phone connections in the kitchen/dining area, in the master bedroom, and in some cases, in the second bedroom. There are cable connections in the living room, the master bedroom, and again in some cases, in the second bedroom.
Can I have a waterbed?
Waterbeds are permitted on the first floor only.
How big is each apartment?
Each Arbor Park apartment is approximately 800 square feet.
